I thought I was giving Hal a real challenge and expected a call from him as well. At a minimum, I expected to pick him up with minimally groomed paws. I was so pleasantly surprised that Hal was able to clip Claude’s nails and paws to look their best. We will definitely be back because we’ve never found anyone else that could groom Claude.
